Jim Mingus - Produce Manager
Strafford’s expert on fruits and vegetables, Jim has worked for 8 years as Harter House’s Produce Manager. Jim is also an avid sportsman and loves baseball, basketball and football.
Todd Long - Manager
Todd has worked for Harter House over 8 years, giving him the experience and knowledge to be Strafford’s Store Manager. When Todd is not at his store managing his team and providing excellent service to Harter House customers, he likes to fish and work on his small farm.
Leonard Taylor - Meat Manager
Strafford’s Meat Manager has been in the meat business for over 37 years and says that he started at the age of 2. When he’s not at work, he loves the great outdoors, as he hunts and fishes in his spare time.
